Chief James Wascom
James Wascom serves as the LPFPD4 Fire Chief. Under his leadership, the department has expanded coverage by adding and staffing more fire stations, improved firefighting capabilities through the acquisition of modern equipment, and capitalized upon technological advancements in the industry.
Deputy Chief Trey Jackson
Deputy Chief Jackson serves side-by-side with Chief Wascom and is responsible for increasing manpower, improving department training, and obtaining and deploying new equipment and apparatus.
Robert Dugas
Robert Dugas has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the past six years. In his role, he guides and advises the Board of Directors, and works to ensure the safety and protection of Livingston Parish residents and the firefighters of District 4.
Darren Blevins
Darren Blevins has served on the LPFPD4 Board of Directors since 2008. In his role as commissioner, he helps keep residents safe, as well as ensures LPFPD4 has the necessary equipment, supplies, and funds to keep our firefighters safe from harm.
Leslie Falks
Leslie Falks has served LPFPD4 since its inception in 1975, first as a volunteer firefighter and now, as a Commissioner for the Board of Directors. In his role, he ensures the safety and protection of Livingston Parish residents and the firefighters of District 4.
Jeff Easley
Jeff Easley has served with LPFPD4 since 1994, serving initially as a volunteer and Lieutenant of Station 3. He was then promoted to Deputy Fire Chief where he served for 3 years and then 17 years as a member on the Board of Commissioners. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board. ...
Joe Blanchard
Mr. Joe Blanchard is a 30-year resident of Livingston Parish. He served as a Livingston Parish Fire Protection District 4 firefighter for 13 years and has been a member of the Board of Directors for the last four years.
